Here's another personal blog piece i'm writing up today from my last blog you'll know i put up a very close to my heart blog piece talking about my scoliosis but with that i also tend to suffer back pain. That is why i'm bringing you this other piece about what i partly do to help ease the pain. The last few year's i have being going an getting myself back massages. If you can understand what i'm going through you'll know that any sort of relief is worth a go. It's not often but i know i should make the trip more frequently to get it as there are some benefits with getting it done. There are two massages to choose from you can go with a deep tissue which will provide intense that helps stretch tight muscles,boosting circulation for relief of pain. Swedish massage offers light to medium pressure that relives problems like back pain, headaches, insomnia and shallowing breathing.
Also helps with heightened body awareness, better sleep, enhanced mobility, enriched mental health. Which is great to know because i don't know whether it's just me but as i have gotten older with my bones changing or the time i put on some weight back in the day i have never suffered with as much back pain as i have now. Some days i'm like i wish i could just rip my spine from my back with the pain i experience on a daily basis. I have changed a lot in my life over the last few years and i'm hoping that it will help it too. Again I don't know whether anything will ever be done for my back but for now i'll just treat myself to a couple of back massages throughout the year. I better get back on the phone to start organising more appointments lol.
